One month out from knee arthroscopy and I feel almost back to normal! Power and endurance are nearly there, just with a little soreness afterward. It's shaping up to be a great spring.

I'm now three weeks out from knee surgery and things are going great! Have been riding 5-6 days per week and even got outside for two outdoor runs to work on some endurance drills. Getting excited for a great season!

This year will be special, for two reasons - I'm returning from an injury (tore my meniscus last year and had surgery over the winter, now rehabbing) and I'll be riding with my father-in-law. So far, so good, on the rehab front - only ten days out from the surgery but already able to spin for about a half hour with no pain. Thankfully, my surgeon did a great job.
Hopefully all continues to go well, and by late March or early April, I'll be back outdoors building up endurance again.
